| Description | Hi Sean We discussed about KC certification. According to WBS, the schedule of KC is : 1. Foxconn pre test with DVT : end of Apr ~ 5/13 2. Delivery to KC Samples : 5/14~5/17 3. ALT start KC certification : 5/20. I want to pre test at Korea Lap(one tech) before KC certification. but this schedule is impossible. I just want to pre test EMI RE/CE at Korea Lab before KC certificaiton. (not total EMC pre test but EMI RE/CE) I ask to your favor. 1. could you give the some samples for EMI RE/CE earlier. 2. You'll give ALT to KC certificaion sample after finishing pre test. 1) I worry that some test (ESD, Surge) will have a bad influence of samples 2) These samples may have demages after ESD, surge test. | ||||

Hi SB, I heard that ALT is planning to use 6pcs for KC certification before. According to your questions, how many pcs that you were planning to use on your pre-test? |

Hi Sean, ALT is going to use 6pcs for KC Certification. and I'll have a pre-test "RE and CE" before KC. If you give me 2 pcs first quickly, I can pre test. |

Hi Sheila, Sean according to your Eagle project tracker 190417, the KC schedule is changed. as is version is 5/20~6/14, to be version is 5/22~6/14. It is impossible to finish KC certification for 3 and 1/2 week. (besides there is a holiday in this period) I asked Onetech to KC schedule. they said that it takes 6W for KC certification. So. I am going to start KC ceritficatin at 08 May 2019. |

Component Location diagram 3. block diagram (I already received block diagram at Jan 2019, I want to final version) this document should be submit to certification Lab until 07 May |

Hi SB, as the discussions during our previous weekly meeting, our company policy doesn't allow us to provide those kind of documents. And we also discussed that FXN will in charge of the communation with Onetech to solve this problem. So all document should be used these model name) 2) Component Location Diagram 3) Block diagram 4) Antenna specification (for BT antenna. see attached file) 5) 8pin (RJ45) modular KC certification. - If you have a KC certification of J801 of EAGLE board. you submit this document - If not have a KC certification of J801 of EAGLE board. you can submit a header of Lan cables KC certification. - If you don't have kc certification of J801 and Header of Lan cables you submit the description information of J801 or Header of Lan cables 6) address of manufacture's factory (Vietnam) |

Hi Sean I update EMI RE pre test result. It is pass. 1. test condition : 4K stream display using youtube. Insert USB memory stick, headset, 2. test case 1) 30~1000MHz (Youtube play) : pass 2) 1G~6GHz (Youtube play) : pass 3) 30~1000MHz (usb stream play) : pass 4) 1G~6GHz (usb stream play) : pass 5) 1G~6GHz (BT) : pass 3. see attached file |

Hi SB, May I know what's the test condition for RE/CE/EMS test in Onetech? As per our discussion last time, we are ready to submit the EMC test but I would like to sync up with you and see if the test condition in your site is same with us. Therefore, if you found any problem, we can ensure that we have the same test condition, environment and setup. |

Hi Sean. I don't know well the test condition at Onetech. because I don't join the all test of KC certi. If some tests has fail, I'll go there and check test condition. If test is pass, I just receive the result to Onetech manager. If fail happens, I quickly check and inform to you. |
